What is your philosophy of behavior management?

My philosophy of behavior management in the classroom is simple and to the point, yet fair and consistent. The teacher must reinforce classroom behavior by modeling positive reinforcement when the students are behaving appropriately and corrective reinforcement when the students are behaving less that expected.
